NOAH SPRAGUE
About Me
Hey I’m Noah! I’m originally from The Woodlands, TX, but I am currently finishing up my senior year at Florida State University in Tallahassee, FL where I will graduate with my BM in Music Theatre in May 2026. I’ve had a lifelong passion for performing whether it was on a stage, on the football field as a cheerleader, or just about anywhere I could find.
I am also an instructor certified in Slow Resistance Training! I’ve always had a passion for fitness and movement. Outside of performing, you can find me teaching classes from XFormer Modern Pilates to Infrared Heated Sculpt.
In my free time you can find me in the kitchen making a new recipe or at the newest restaurant in town. I’m a huge foodie! I also thoroughly enjoy reading, especially psychological thrillers. Travel is A HUGE hobby of mine. I hope to see as much of the world as I can. I will also always be the first to tell you what plane is flying overhead and its destination!
